As a designer and manufacturer of prefabricated modules, NOYO LOGEMENT INTELLIGENT offers a fast and efficient solution to support and complement the traditional construction of residential buildings. How do we do it? By manufacturing in the factory a part of the housing including the mechanical components such as the kitchen, the bathroom and the mechanical room. The builder receives our fully equipped mechanical module, which allows him to design with flexibility and freedom the exterior envelope and the other rooms of the housing, such as the living room and the bedrooms. Our team is known for delivering reliable results and demonstrating an exemplary work ethic on every project.

Our solution
NOYO LOGEMENT INTELLIGENT is a Quebec company specializing in the design and manufacture of prefabricated modules, designed to accelerate housing construction. Founded in 2013 and located in the east of Montreal, our company, in partnership with the Mobilfab inc. factory, offers investors and entrepreneurs a smart and fast strategy to facilitate the hybrid construction of apartments, social housing or condos.

12' x 32' wooden module, integrating everything related to the building's mechanics: a fitted kitchen, a complete bathroom and a suitable mechanical room.
The longest and most complex part of the construction is carried out in the factory. The architect retains complete freedom to design the bedroom, the living room, as well as the exterior envelope of the building.
Module 2
2-bedroom apartment
12' x 42' wooden module, integrating everything related to the building's mechanics: a fitted kitchen, a complete bathroom and a suitable mechanical room.
